Background
SCS Placement Services Inc. is a manpower recruitment and placement company licensed since 1986 by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) for the placement of Filipino personnel in foreign host countries.
AAA Peoplesource is a manpower recruitment and placement company licensed in 2006 by the Bureau of Local Employment to service Philippine-based companies. It provides excellent training opportunities for workers who later work overseas.
SCS and AAA are part of LOGBOAT HOLDINGS, a holding company which includes Agrikultura Pilipina Inc. (est. 1991, Anthurium andreanum cutflower production); and, Holland Blooms (est. 1994, full service flower shop).

Philippine law requires that the recruitment of Filipino workers must be coursed by foreign principals through private companies, such as SCS PLACEMENT SERVICES INC., that are licensed by the POEA (Philippine Overseas Employment Administration). The first step that a foreign principal must undertake is to get accredited at POEA thru a licensed recruitment agency. Such principals need to submit certain documents authenticated at the Philippine Embassy nearest to the jobsite. These documents are: special power of attorney; recruitment agreement; manpower request (or job order); and, model employment contract.
